The generated data can be sent to an operating centre able to provide consulting services and medical support H24:

• I° level “management software”
– Take charge of the request
– Personal file update
– Reporting, statistics, archiving and false alarm analysis management
– handling technical problems of I° level (e.g. failure to send data, disturbance, etc.)

• II° level “nursing”
– Manages the answer to the call (by telephone, mail conferences, etc)
– Updates the patient file
– Answers to simple requirements
– Transfer the call to the doctor with the clinical question when necessary

• III° level “medical”
– Answers the patient’s clinical question (via telephone, mail, conference, etc.)
– Updates the patient file – Requires first aid intervention
